Athletes from around the world perform their best when competing on our SpectraTrack® Running Track Systems. Formulated from a colorful blend of rubber granules and high quality polyurethanes, our running tracks come in four basic configurations: Full Pour System - SpectraTrack® M is a three-layer, insitu, spike resistant, color impermeable, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The total recommended minimum thickness is 13 mm (1/2"). The first and second layers consist of specially formulated colored polyurethane, into which black SBR granules have been embedded before curing. The top layer consists of colored polyurethane into which colored EPDM rubber granules have been embedded before curing. Sandwich System - SpectraTrack® SW is a three-layer, insitu, spike resistant, color impermeable, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The total recommended minimum thickness is 13 mm (1/2"). The base layer consists of black SBR granules bound together with a specially formulated, single component polyurethane. The second layer consists of a specially formulated, colored thixotropic polyurethane, which is used to seal the base mat. The top layer consists of a specially formulated colored polyurethane into which colored EPDM granules have been imbedded before curing. EPDM Basemat System - SpectraTrack® EPDM is a one layer, insitu, spike resistant, pervious, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The recommended thickness is 12-13 mm (1/2"). The layer consists of colored EPDM granules bound together with a specially formulated, single component polyurethane binder. Basemat Structural Spray System - SpectraTrack® SP is a two layer, insitu, spike resistant, colored, pervious, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The total minimum recommended thickness is 13 mm (1/2"). The base layer consists of black SBR granules bound together with a specially formulated , single component polyurethane. The top layer consists of a mixture of a specially formulated colored polyurethane and colored EPDM rubber granules, spray applied to leave the surface porous. Standard SpectraTrack® colors are Red, Blue or Green, however other colors are available by special request.
